Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame Announces 2016 Inductees

The votes are in! Cheap Trick, Chicago, Deep Purple, N.W.A and Steve Miller will all be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame on April 8th, 2016, with a special concert ceremony at Brooklyn’s Barclay Center. The five were chosen out of a pool of 15 artists, which included Janet Jackson, Chic, and the perennially spurned progressive rock band Yes.

The five artists chosen are particularly deserving, as Cheap Trick were iconic rockers of the 80’s, Chicago has penned so many hits throughout the years, Deep Purple gave us all of the Machine Head album, N.W.A revolutionized hip-hop music, and Steve Miller is something of a legend. Kudos to them all!
