Outside Lands will celebrate its 15th anniversary when the megafest returns to San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park on August 11th, 12th, and 13th, 2023. Along for the celebration are headliners Kendrick Lamar, Foo Fighters, and ODESZA.
The largest independently-owned festival in the U.S. will also feature top acts Lana Del Rey, The 1975, Megan Thee Stallion, Zedd, Janelle Monáe, Maggie Rogers, and Fisher. The 2023 Outside Lands lineup showcases a diverse mix of rock, hip-hop, pop, electronic, and all of the other musical ingredients that make up the Bay Area’s unique identity. The top of the lineup is rounded out by Lil Yachty, Noah Kahan, Cigarettes After Sex, J.I.D., Interpol, Willow, Father John Misty, Tobe Nwigwe, Orville Peck, beabadoobe, Soccer Mommy, Diesel (Shaquille O’Neal), and many more.

“When we started Outside Lands back in 2008, we had a vision to create a unique festival experience that had never been done before. 15 years later, Outside Lands continues to be a bright spot for the city of San Francisco and pushes boundaries in music, food, drink, art and cannabis programming, as well as providing space for environmental and social initiatives,” said Allen Scott, co-founder of Outside Lands. “The festival celebrates everything we love about the Bay Area’s rich cultural history. We’re proud of the positive financial impact the festival has on San Francisco, injecting more than $1 billion into the SF economy since its inception.”
The SOMA Tent will return to Outside Lands for its third year, bringing an underground club aesthetic to Golden Gate Park. The dedicated dance music stage will host sets from BLOND:ISH, Claptone, WhoMadeWho, Tinlicker, Âme b2b Trikk, Sama’ Abdulhadi, and many others. Additionally, ODESZA will become the first EDM act in festival history to headline the Lands End main stage.
Tickets for the 2023 edition of Outside Lands are on sale here. New to the festival this year is the GA+ level ticket. The advanced ticket tier offers “expedited entry, an exclusive GA+ lounge with access to flushable bathrooms, refillable water stations and complimentary soft drinks, plus a full-service bar and food for purchase.”
