Willie Nelson has laid out a busy summer schedule, including his traveling Outlaw Music Festival and flagship 4th of July Picnic. This year’s events will feature performances by Billy Strings, The Avett Brothers, Sheryl Crow, Wilco, Lukas Nelson, Margo Price, and many more [get tickets].
The Red Headed Stranger will come home to Texas for his annual 4th of July Picnic, taking place this year at the Germania Insurance Amphitheater in Austin. The daylong celebration will include Billy Strings, Wilco, Sheryl Crow, Lukas Nelson, Stephen Wilson Jr., Rodney Crowell, Lily Meola, Margo Price, and a headlining performance from Willie Nelson & Family.
Throughout the summer, Nelson will also travel the country on his 2026 Outlaw Music Festival tour. This year’s rotating lineup will include The Avett Brothers, Sheryl Crow, Wilco, Lukas Nelson, Stephen Wilson Jr., Margo Price, Sierra Hull, Robert Randolph, Don Was and The Pan-Detroit Ensemble, and Lily Meola. Lineups will vary by date, as the outlaws kick off the tour with an Independence Day Weekend in Texas, stopping in Irving (7/3), Austin (7/4), and The Woodlands (7/5).
Then in August, the Outlaw Music Festival will resurface in the Midwest. Starting in Maryland Heights, MO (8/18), the tour will travel to Shakopee, MN (8/19), Alpine Valley Music Theatre in East Troy, WI (8/21), Clarkston, MI (8/22), Ruoff Music Center in Noblesville, IN (8/23), Tinley Park, IL (8/25), Northwell at Jones Beach Theater in Wantagh, NY (8/28), and Bethel, NY (8/29) before closing at SPAC in Saratoga Springs, NY (8/30).
